Montepaolo cuisine:

Guests have the option of enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner at Montepaolo. Everything is prepared exclusively with fresh local ingredients, following traditional recipes that exude the flavors of Puglia. Weather permitting, appetizers are normally served outside in the front courtyard or on the terrace by the pool. Dining tables are located inside the farmhouse throughout several dining rooms representing different periods of construction (i.e., 16th, 19th and 20th centuries).
