Rates per room:
from a minimum of € 86.00 to a maximum of € 133.00 per day with breakfast for two people.
20% discount for guests booking on the day of arrival.
15% discount for a minimum of 6 nights excluded from July 20 to August 20.
Special discounts will be given in the ”offers” for those who pay at time of booking forroom only, no breakfast and no reimbursement in case of cancellation.
The cost of breakfast is € 7.00 per person.
From July 20 to August 20 can be booked for a minimum of seven days, unlessotherwise available.
Extra charge for air conditioning, € 3.00 per day
Apartments in the Tower
Each apartment is only available for a minimum of one week.
Guests may have access to the tower structures of the farm Montepaolo: lawn, swimming pool, playground and restaurant.
Cleaning and linen change once a week.
Check in: 14.00 Check out: 10.00, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise available.
Rates:A minimum of € 840.00 to a maximum of € 1,240.00 per week.
20% discount for additional weeks. For reservations with prepayment rate (with no reimbursement in case of cancellation), excluding the month of August will be a discount of 25% in July, 30% during mid-season (the periodic) and 40 % in low season (periodof).
