Relax in masseria

Rich of aromas and taste, in the heel of Italy, Apulia welcomes you with the Mediterranean warm hospitality of its inhabitants and its cuisine made of love and dedication. Our “Cooking classes” are aimed to transfer, to the guests, the secrets and the tradition of the Apulian gastronomy dishes.

A 7-days-journey to dive in our cookery tradition and visit our territory: Conversano, Polignano, Alberobello, Lecce e Matera, a route going from the land to the sea, exploring interesting landscapes and places, rich in history and culture.

Our chefs will follow you in the preparation of typical recipes in a 7-days-gastronomic tour, to appreciate smells and flavors of the local tradition, using organic certified vegetables grown in our garden. The proposed menus follow the natural seasonality, ensuring always delicious and natural tasting.
